Telegraph Cove
I just watched this ABC video clip & I'll have to echo everything that was said ... the wildlife viewing opportunities are amazing: orca, Dall's porpoises, Steller sea lions, harbor seals. You can also fly across to Knight's Inlet and see grizzly bears (something I didn't have the chance to do ... it's a tad expensive), or just travel the road between Port McNeill and Port Hardy to see black bears for free (which I did do ... sadly in the era before my 70-300 lens arrived -- so pardon the photos).
